Pioneer DEH-1300MP CD Receiver with MP3/WMA Playback and Remote Control Great Reviews
Best entry-level deck on the market. First of, it’s any Pioneer, which instantly means 1. it sounds a lot better than anyone else’s (Kenwood, Alpine, and specifically Sony and also Clarion; only JVC comes close), 2. it can play ANY KIND OF CD, even several sloppily burnt off-brand rewritable that has been through nuclear bombings, and 3. it’ll most likely last forever (We have owned numerous Pioneer decks since 2001 with not merely one problem).
Even about this bottom-end stripper product you still get all the basics, unlike years ago: MP3 CD playback, a 3-way equalizer, and an Aux jack for portable players. As a bonus, the DEH-1300MP escapes the most common Pioneer drawback of irritating ergonomics: the time and display buttons tend to be better placed this season, and oahu is the only model inside the 2011 lineup whose on/off switch could be the volume knob instead of some tiny-ass hidden button.
From what I can tell, the things missing through Pioneer’s higher-end models is:
-A 24-bit digital-to-analog converter, whatever which is (this particular one’s will be 12-bit)
-RDS for displaying song/artist details when listening to FM
-A entrance USB jack (great for charging your Music player, and straight controlling iPods)
-A 3. 5mm jack inside the back (if you wish to buy an adapter to help keep your tyre controls still living)
-A second group of preouts
-Custom colour display
-HD and/or satellite television radio
-Extra audio tricks being a 6-band equalizer and also high-pass filtration system
-Bluetooth
I file everything that in the actual nice-but-not-necessary category.
For the actual record, the appear isn’t quite as sharp as upon Pioneer’s increased models… somehow, that last 10% will be missing.
